Currently I use this flat as a working space since I live in another apartment downstairs. I am going on a sabbatical from February to July though :) I happy to move stuff, like bed, TV etc., upstairs. That's why the pictures currently don't reflect the furniture that might go in there. The working area comes with a height-adjustable desk, a 4k screen and an office chair. Other than that it is a really quite neighborhood with good public transportation with the Tram (25) right next door and the subway (U1) a few hundred meters (Wettersteinplatz) away. Grocery stores (Rewe) are also close by and a bakery shop is just across the street. The Isar can be reached on foot or bike in a few kilometers. The rental costs include utilities. Meer bekijken Minder bekijken Derzeit nutze ich diese Wohnung als Arbeitszimmer, da ich in einer anderen Wohnung im Keller wohne. Ich mache allerdings ein Sabbatical von Februar bis Juli 2025 :) In der Zeit wäre es kein Problem, dass ich einige Möbelstücke und Inventar, z.B. Bett oder Fernseher nach oben räume. Deshalb spiegeln die Bilder derzeit nicht Stand wider, den die Wohnung bei Wohnungsübergabe hätte. Das Zimmer ist bereits mit einem höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch, einem 4K Bildschirm und hochwertigen Bürostuhl ausgerüstet. Ansonsten ist es ein wirklich ruhiges Viertel mit guter öffentlicher Verkehrsanbindung mit der Tram (25) direkt nebenan und der U-Bahn (U1) ein paar hundert Meter entfernt (Wettersteinplatz). Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Rewe) sind ebenfalls in der Nähe und eine Bäckerei befindet sich auf der anderen Straßenseite. Die Isar ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Kilometern zu erreichen.
