The apartment is my small one-bedroom apartment from my student days. The apartment was core renovated in 2014 and is very modern and fully furnished. The location is a special highlight. The apartment is located in the Mauritzviertel in the heart of Münster, which is very popular with students and families. Special advantages of the location: - Main station about 5 minutes walk away, bus stop, shopping facilities, etc. directly in front of the door. - The harbor district and the city center can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Sleeping facilities: - Bed, 140x200cm - Sofa bed (extendable) The apartment is located directly on the Wolbecker Straße. The modern furnishings are upscale standard and very well maintained. A tiled floor in wood optics has been laid. All necessary equipment is available in the apartment (washing machine, dryer, workstation with height-adjustable desk, TV, kitchen incl. all necessary utensils, cutlery, crockery, etc., as well as bed linen and towels). The bathroom is equipped with a glass shower cabin. In the courtyard (access from Dorotheenstraße) are two parking spaces on the left. These are not permanently assigned and can be used temporarily if free. Otherwise, parking spaces on the street are available for short-term parking. For longer-term parking, the Bremer Platz multi-storey parking lot can be used with a daily maximum rate of EUR 18. This can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. For longer periods, long-term parking can also be booked in this parking garage for EUR 60 (half-day) or EUR 120 (full-day) per month. Innenstadt sind fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Schlafmöglichkeiten: - Bett, 140x200cm - Schlafcouch (ausziehbar) Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar an der Wolbecker Straße. Die moderne Einrichtung ist gehobenen Standards und sehr gut gepflegt. Es ist ein Fliesenboden in Holzoptik verlegt worden. Alle nötigen Ausstattungen sind in der Wohnung vorhanden (Waschmaschine, Trockner, Arbeitsplatz mit höhenverstellbarem Schreibtisch, TV, Küche inkl. aller nötiger Gerätschaften, Besteck, Geschirr etc., sowie Bettwäsche und Handtücher). Das Bad ist mit einer Glas-Duschkabine ausgestattet. Im Innenhof (Zufahrt Dorotheenstraße) sind linksseitig zwei Parkplätze. Diese sind nicht fest vergeben und können vorübergehend genutzt werden, wenn frei. Ansonsten sind zum Kurzparken kostenpflichtige Parkplätze an der Straße verfügbar. Zum längerfristigen Parken kann das Parkhaus Bremer Platz genutzt werden mit einem Tageshöchstsatz vom EUR 18. Dieses ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Für einen längeren Zeitraum kann in diesem Parkhaus auch Dauerparken gebucht werden für EUR 60 (halbtägig) oder EUR 120 (ganztägig) im Monat.
