This lovingly designed and furnished house offers elegant accommodation and an outstanding location, complete with a balcony, garden, rooftop terrace, and proximity to sights, first-class restaurants, and excellent local transport links. Parking is free in this area, and there are always spots available on the street. The house features two bathrooms and three toilets, accommodating up to four people. The available room is for one person only and so besides you and me, there are two other lovely tenants. Given the spaciousness of the house, it never feels crowded. Your room is 20m2 and includes an antique desk with view on the garden. Our mattresses and pillows are highly rated by previous Airbnb guests. Feel free to check their reviews on Airbnb to get a better sense of the home's vibe. Important: I am away for long periods of time. Occasionally, when I am in Berlin, I give piano lessons in the living room during the afternoon, which should be fine with the tenants.
