Christian Meer bekijken Minder bekijken Moin! Da ich für ein paar Wochen nicht in Essen bin, möchte ich meine Wohnung im schönen Moltkeviertel zwischen vermieten. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und verfügt alles was man braucht! Durch die großen Fenster ist es immer schön hell, zudem gibt es einen gemütlichen Balkon! Die Lage ist zentral. Die Haltestelle Moltkestraße (5 min zum HBF) ist in 2 Minuten erreichbar, ansonsten läuft man 15 min zum HBF. Die A52 Richtung Düsseldorf und natürlich die berühmte A40 sind auch nicht allzu weit weg. Der Stadtpark und der Rüttenscheider Stern sind beide in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Wem das zu weit ist, es befindet sich am Ende der Straße der Isenbergplatz mit vielen kleinen gemütlichen Bars und Kaffees. Die Gesamtmiete ist die Warmmiete mit Strom, Internet und allen Nebenkosten.
Die Wohnung hat die Möglichkeit Kabel TV zu empfangen. Dafür könnte ich bei Bedarf den Fernseher aufbauen.Ansonsten freue ich mich erstmal darauf dich kennen zu lernen!Schöne Grüße,
Christian Hey! am not in Essen for a few weeks, I would like to rent out my apartment in the beautiful Moltkeviertel. The apartment is fully furnished and has everything you need! Due to the large windows it is always nice and bright, and there is also a cozy balcony! The location is central. The stop Moltkestraße (5 min to the main station) is reachable in 2 minutes, otherwise you walk 15 min to the main station. The A52 towards Düsseldorf and of course the famous A40 are also not too far away. The Stadtpark and the Rüttenscheider Stern are both a 10-minute walk away. If that is too far, there is Isenbergplatz at the end of the street with many small cozy bars and cafés. The total rent is with electricity, internet and all additional costs.
