It is a cozy 45sqm fully equipped apartment (renovation July 2023) in Marsberg-Oesdorf in an old, 1981 core renovated and converted farm with garden. The apartment is located in the rear first floor with exit to the garden. It consists of a large living room in which kitchen and dining area (extendable dining table) are integrated. For an additional guest, the sofa can be easily folded into a sofa bed. The bedroom offers a double bed (2x2m) and a large free closet (1.50m). The garden can be used if you are interested. The furnishings and equipment of the apartment are completely new and purchased specifically for this. You will find in our kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, etc.) everything your heart desires to cook and bake and enjoy. You can rent the apartment as a short-term apartment at a price of 950€ all-inclusive with a minimum rental period of one month. For longer stays, please ask us for a staggered rent. The final cleaning fee is 50€. Shopping facilities can be found about 2.5 km away in Meerhof and in Westheim, in Marsberg, 5 km away, all major discounters are located. To the highway 44 it is also about 5km, so that the connection is very good. Bicycles can be stored in the cellar by arrangement. Besides hikes in the beautiful Eggegebirge with its mixed forests and the nature reserve, excursions to Paderborn (34km), Kassel 60km), to the Herrmannsdenkmal in Detmold (66km) or the Externsteine in Horn-Bad Meinberg (58km) are also possible. Nearby you will also find interesting excursion destinations such as the Dalheim Monastery, the Meerhof Nature Adventure Park, the Hardehausen Wildlife Park, the Wewelsburg Castle, the Bersucher Mine in Marsberg, the Diemeltalsperre and the Twistesee. Sie können die Wohnung als Kurzzeitwohnung mieten zum Preis von 950€ pauschal bei einer Mindestmietdauer von einem Monat. Bei längerem Aufenthalt fragen Sie uns gerne nach einer gestaffelten Miete. Die Endreinigungspauschale beträgt 50€. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden Sie in ca. 2,5 km Entfernung in Meerhof und in Westheim, im 5km entfernten Marsberg sind alle großen Discounter angesiedelt.
