Das Haus wurde 1978 gebaut, wurde aber nach und nach Kernsaniert und auf einen modernen Stand gebracht. Letzte Baumaßnahme erfolgte im Herbst/Winter 2023. Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz. Im Garten oder auf der Terrasse kann man schöne Tage verbringen. Im vorderen Bereich des Hauses wurden Granitplatten mit einer eingelassenen Beleuchtung verlegt. Im Erdgeschoss ist Wohn- und Essbereich, Küche, Flur und Gäste-WC. Im kompletten Erdgeschoss wurde ein Marmorboden verlegt. Ein kleiner Garderobenbereich ist im Flur untergebracht.
