Parking situation: You can park for free on the side of the road from 7 p.m. From 8 a.m. you can stay on the street with a parking meter for a maximum of 2 hours. There is a parking garage directly at the hospital where you can park during the day with a maximum daily rate of €10. Electric vehicles can charge for free in the parking garage. The location is very good: The apartment is 200m from the main entrance of the Carl Thiem Clinic and an 8-minute walk to the train station. The nearest bus stop is 150m away and the tram stop is 450m away, which takes you directly to the city center.

Parkplatzsituation: In dem Kwartier kannst du ab 19 Uhr gratis am Strassenrand parken. Ab 8Uhr morgens darfst du mit Parkuhr maximal 2 Stunden auf der Strasse stehen bleiben. Direkt am Krankenhaus befindet sich ein Parkhaus, indem du tagsüber mit einem maximalen Tagessatz von 10€ parken kannst. In dem Parkhaus können Elektrofahrzeuge gratis laden. Die Lage ist sehr gut: Die Wohnung liegt 200m vom Haupteingang des Carl- Thiem- Klinikums entfernt sowie 8 min fussläufig zum Bahnhof. Die nächste Bushaltestelle befindet sich 150m entfernt und die Strassenbahnhaltestelle 450m, die dich direkt in die Innenstadt bringt.
