Auch ein Autostellplatz auf dem Grundstück und ein Abstellraum im Dachgeschoss sind dabei. Roxel liegt im Westen Münsters. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist weniger als 150 Meter entfernt. Der Roxeler Bahnhof, von wo aus man mit dem Zug in 11 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof Münster ist, liegt 1,5 km entfernt. Die Uniklinik Münster (UKM) ist nur etwa 5 km entfernt und damit auch gut mit dem Rad erreichbar. Das Stadtzentrum Münsters ist etwa 7 km entfernt. Alles, was man alltäglich so benötigt, ist innerhalb weniger Gehminuten zu erreichen. Hinweis: Primär ist das Appartment für eine Person geeignet.
