This increase is only due to the pruning system, good fertilization and good irrigation management.
The Herdade da Castas Nobres, has planted vines of grape varieties characteristic of the region and very good adaptation to the soils and climates of the region where it is located, as well as ARAGONES, ALICANTE BOUSCHET and CASTELÃO.
Any of them has a large production, due to the soils and climates, as well as the way of planting and treatment that are carried out daily.
The Aragonês variety has a planting area of about 14 ha, having the base variety for a possible transformation of grapes into wine, as it is the basis of a large part of wines in the Alentejo region, giving a unique flavor and characteristics.

Πρέπει να σημειωθεί ότι και σε αυτό το επίπεδο, πραγματοποιήσαμε μια σημαντική επιχείρηση μετατροπής, από συστήματα άρδευσης, κλάδεμα, κουφώματα, καθώς τα υπάρχοντα ραβδιά και σύρματα ήταν αρκετά κατεστραμμένα, βάζοντάς μας αρκετές εκατοντάδες στο έδαφος και ήδη επισκευασμένα σωστά.
Όσον αφορά την παραγωγή, μπορούμε να μιλήσουμε για μια πολύ σημαντική αύξηση της παραγωγής, διότι τον τελευταίο χρόνο παραγωγής καταφέραμε να φτάσουμε στον υπέροχο αριθμό άνω των 450.000 κιλών σταφυλιών στο Herdade das Castas Nobres, έχοντας κατά μέσο όρο πάνω από 16.000 κιλά / εκτάριο, που για την περιοχή είναι πολύ υψηλή αξία, δεδομένου ότι οι μέσοι όροι παραγωγής είναι κάτω από 5.000 kgs/ha. En ce qui concerne la production, nous pouvons parler d’une augmentation très significative de la production, car au cours de la dernière année de production, nous avons réussi à atteindre le nombre magnifique de plus de 450 000 kg de raisins à Herdade das Castas Nobres, avec une moyenne de plus de 16 000 kg/ha, ce qui pour la région est une valeur très élevée, Étant donné que les moyennes de production sont inférieures à 5 000 kg/ha. Nesta área agrícola, mais concretamente a cultura que tem tanto potencial em Portugal, e essencialmente na região do Alentejo, a VINHA!
A vinha encontra-se agora muito bem tratada, com um plano de fertilização a realizar desde a primeira hora em que iniciámos os nossos trabalhos, com a mesma cultura a responder de imediato com excelentes produções, quer em termos de quantidade, quer de qualidade, sendo já uma referência na região. De referir que também a este nível, realizámos uma grande operação de reconversão, desde sistemas de rega, podas, caixilharias, pois os paus e fios existentes estavam bastante danificados, colocando-nos várias centenas no chão e já devidamente reparados.
Quanto à produção, podemos falar de um aumento muito significativo da produção, pois no último ano de produção conseguimos atingir o magnífico número de mais de 450.000 kgs de uvas na Herdade das Castas Nobres, tendo uma média de mais de 16.000 kgs/ha, que para a região é um valor muito elevado, dado que as médias de produção estão abaixo de 5.000 kgs/ha. Esse aumento se deve apenas ao sistema de poda, boa fertilização e bom manejo da irrigação.
A Herdade da Castas Nobres, tem plantado vinhas de castas características da região e muito boa adaptação aos solos e climas da região onde se insere, bem como ARAGONES, ALICANTE BOUSCHET e CASTELÃO.
Qualquer um deles tem uma grande produção, devido aos solos e climas, bem como à forma de plantio e tratamento que são realizados diariamente.
A casta Aragonês tem uma área de plantação de cerca de 14 ha, tendo a casta base para uma possível transformação das uvas em vinho, pois é a base de grande parte dos vinhos da região do Alentejo, conferindo um sabor e características únicas.
A casta Alicante Bouschet tem uma área de cerca de 13 ha, e é uma casta originária de França, mas com grande capacidade e adaptação na região do Alentejo há muitos anos, obtendo grandes produções e grande qualidade tendo a capacidade de fazer grandes vinhos por si só, pois tem características únicas.
No que diz respeito à casta remanescente, a casta Castelão, tem uma área de implantação de cerca de 5 ha. A casta Castelão é uma casta com grande capacidade de acompanhar outras no lote de grandes vinhos, tendo também boas produções de uva.
A rega da propriedade é realizada através de 6 furos artesianos, que têm água suficiente para alimentar a vinha na sua totalidade, no entanto, a Herdade das Castas Nobres tem um charco de grande capacidade, com cerca de 100m de comprimento, 50 metros de largura e cerca de 30 metros de profundidade, bem como um reservatório de água que serve para armazenar água de todos os furos existentes, que agora estão funcionando corretamente, o que também não era o caso quando foi adquirido por nós. A sua rega é realizada através de um motor que também se encontra em perfeitas condições de funcionamento e também é recondicionado no momento da nossa compra. Na zona hidráulica da propriedade existe ainda um depósito de água de grande capacidade.
Relativamente à questão da água na propriedade, podemos ainda informar que a mesma é alimentada por contador municipal, existindo um ramal construído exclusivamente para a propriedade com a finalidade de alimentar as casas existentes.
