GAIOLE IN CHIANTI (SI): The Agricultural Estate is located in the municipality of Gaiole in Chianti, at an altitude ranging between 500 and 600 meters above sea level, with specific characteristics of the best wine production areas: excellent soil structure, particular microclimate conditions with moderate temperature variations throughout the seasons and very sensitive changes within a single day.The vineyard and technological choices of the estate have supported the natural inclination of the land towards high-quality productions. In this perspective, the new vineyards have been designed and implemented with extreme care after thorough analysis of the soil structure, their exposure, and microclimatic characteristics.The vines have been carefully cultivated to allow them to grow uniformly and without forcing production.Harvesting operations are always carried out manually with the intervention of specialized labor.The same care has been taken in the construction of the cellar and in the choice of plant equipment solutions.The cultivation of olive trees and the production of extra virgin olive oil is another source of pride for the estate, which offers a product of absolute excellence. GAIOLE IN CHIANTI (SI): L’azienda Agricola è ubicata nel comune di Gaiole in Chianti, si trova ad una quota altimetrica compresa tra i 500 ed i 600 m s.l.m., con peculiarità specifiche delle migliori aree di produzione del vino: ottima struttura dei terreni, particolari condizioni di microclima con contenute escursioni termiche al variare delle stagioni e molto sensibili nel corso della singola giornata.Le scelte ampelografiche e tecnologiche dell’azienda hanno supportato la naturale propensione del terreno a produzioni di altissima qualità. In quest’ottica sono stati progettati e realizzati con estrema attenzione i nuovi vigneti, dopo aver analizzato con grande attenzione la struttura dei terreni, la loro esposizione e le loro caratteristiche microclimatiche.Le vigne sono state allevate con grandissima cura per consentire loro di crescere in maniera omogenea e senza forzarne la produzione.Le operazioni di vendemmia sono sempre eseguite manualmente con l’intervento di manodopera specializzata.La medesima cura è stata adottata nella realizzazione della cantina e nella scelta delle soluzioni impiantistiche di corredo.La coltivazione dell’ulivo e la produzione dell’olio extravergine di oliva costituisce un ulteriore motivo di vanto per l’azienda che propone un prodotto di assoluta eccellenza.
