Distributed on two floors, the modern and luminous interior of the property is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor, you will find a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace, AC and Smart TV with satellite channels, which also leads to the kitchen, equipped with an induction hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. In the house, there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. On the same floor, there are three bedrooms with double beds, AC, heating and access to the garden and two bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find the last bedroom with a double bed, AC, heating, working space and access to a private terrace. In the basement, you will find an additional bathroom with a shower. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and high chair.
