The property is a two-storey house, although all the rooms are distributed on the first floor. On that floor, there is a quintessential living-dining room, with A/C, perfect for watching satellite TV while you sit on the sofas or even when you eat all together. The kitchen is also right there behind a little bar and it offers a ceramic cooktop. Then, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Finally, there is a unique bathroom in the entire house and it has a bathtub. On the ground floor, there is merely the laundry, which has a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board.

Mancor de la Vall is a village that is situated at the foot of Sierra de Tramuntana, ideal for those people who look for nature, as there are a lot of hiking trails for excursions on foot or by bicycle such as the one that takes you to Santa Llúcia, to Lluc, to Ses Fonts Ufanes or to the legendary Cuevas de Campanet. In Mancor de la Vall, there are many good bars and restaurants, a grocery store, a bakery and a pharmacy. You can also have more facilities in Inca, a city that is less than 5 km away from Mancor de la Vall, and where every Thursday there takes place its typical street market.
