Einfachste Ausstattung, schmutzig, kaputtes Dach mit Wasserschaden in den Schlafräumen, Wintergarten und Wellnessbereich nicht nutzbar, Schutthaufen im Außenbereich, für Kinder Außenbereich gefährlich da giftiger Müll, nicht komplett umzäunt, zur Straße offen, wird nur beheizt wenn es vermietet wird uvm.
