Located in Sumartin, a quiet fishing village on the island of Brac, the house offers a beautiful view of the sea and the town. The characteristic house, which is only approx. 90 m from the beach, is ideal for families and friends due to its layout and equipment. The outdoor area has a cozy sitting area with a grill and from here you can enjoy the sunset with a cheerful barbecue evening.
Sumartin on the southeast end of Brac, a small and quiet fishing village, whose untouched nature and clean sea is a good choice for a relaxing holiday. Around the harbor of the small village you will find nice restaurants and tavernas where you can try the freshly caught fish and other regional specialties. The old church of St. Martin, built in pre-Romanesque style, the monastery museum and the beautiful, spacious park certainly have their charm, and Brac is one of the few Croatian destinations with a sandy beach.

Day trips to the beautiful coastal towns of Dalmatia are also ideal for a change during your holiday.
